? -1 <br />PLANNING CONMISSION <br />e <br />November 12, 1974 <br />I. Roll Ca11 <br />Vice Chairman Frokasy called the meeting to order at 8:15 p.m. <br />Those present were: Messrs. Prokasy, Tischler, Roberts and Nlrs. Eian. <br />Also present: Ntr. McDermott, Assistant City Engineer, Nr. Gundy, <br />Building Commissioner, Mr. Gareau, Law 7irector, <br />and Mrso Hodgins, Recording 5ecretary. <br />IIo Reading and Correction of Minutes <br />I'rs. Eian moved to approve minutes of Oct. 22 meeting. Mr. Roberts <br />seconded and motion passed. <br />2II. Building Department Requests <br />(a) Mr. Gundy presented retail store proposal of 3,925 square feet <br />sales area. 35 parking spaces are required, 37 spaces are pro- <br />vided. Location is between Union 76 gasoline station and Medi- <br />cal Building. It is to be single one story building. Al1 four <br />sides are to Ue brick on the outside. Leases are pendingo Re- <br />-tention basin for drainage is planned after approval. There a- <br />rose question of location of proposed new State Route 252. rIouse <br />Bill 105 was explained by Mr. Gundy. Mr. McDermott said no en- <br />gineering study has been made on this itemo Mrs. Eian moved to <br />place in committeeA Mr. Tischler seconded and motion passed. <br />(b) NTr.
