LANDIVIA1tKS COMMISSION <br />CITY OF NORTH OI.MSTED <br />MINUTES OF MARCH 11, 2013 <br />ROLL CALL <br />Mr. Neville called the ineeting to order at 7:00pm in Council's Caucus Room. <br />Present: Albert Richner, Jim Morse, Rosemary Walker, David Neville, Tom Dubowski, Don <br />Rerko, Dale Thomas <br />Absent: Maryellen Davis, Paul Schumann <br />Guests: North Olmsted City Schools representatives Superintendent Terry Krivak and Michael <br />McDade <br />Staff: Director of Planning and Development Kimberly Wenger, Assistant Law Director <br />Bryan O'Malley <br />REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF MIIVUTES <br />Mr. Dubowski rnoved, seconded by Mr. Richner, to approve the February 11, 2013 minutes <br />which passed 7-0. . <br />OI,D BUSINESS <br />I)esignation of Landmarks <br />• 4302 Porter Road <br />Mr. Richner reviewed that he provided an updated landmark designation report to the Clerk. The <br />report is almost in final form and will be ready for Landmark Commission referral to the <br />Planning and Design Commission at the next meeting. Hard copies of the final report will be <br />mailed to the commissioners before the April meeting. <br />• 30095 Lorain Road <br />Mr. Morse reviewed a few minor changes that will be made to the Seltzer report. Ms. Wenger <br />asked Mr. Thomas to provide some language for the early history and context section of the <br />report, beginning around the time North Olmsted was incorporated into a village. Despite a few <br />amendments, the report can be forwarded to the Planning and Design Commission to review. <br />Mr. Rerko moved, seconded by Ms. Walker to forward the Charles Alden Seltzer home of <br />30095 Lorain Road report to the Planning and Design Commission which passed 7-0. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />North Olmsted Citv Schools; 27253 Butternut Ridge Road, PPN 235-16-008: <br />A request for a Certificate of Appropriateness to demolish the existing building.
