It was confirmed that they will still be attending Earth Fair in April. Regarding the
West Side Flea partnership discussion, the group expressed excitement at the possibility of
hosting a table at their suminer markets. Signage will need to be monitored to ensure it isn't
removed. James will get in touch with the organizers to coordinate online promotion ahead of the
June 24 market.
Frostville Farmers' Market Craft
Lauren and Leah shared a summary of the craft event at the March 11 Frostville Farmers'
Market. The bookmark craft was a fun, impactful event that appealed mainly to kids. Based on
this feedback, the group agreed that the Commission will host an all-ages activity table at more
Frostville markets in the summer.
NEW BUSINESS
2017 Work Plan Discussion
Mayor's Art Show -April 4
James informed the group that the event is going ahead according to schedule.
