Crook called the meeting to order at 5:30 p. m. <br />PRESEN"f: Chairman J. Crook, Board Members: G, Malone, J. Werner, J. Nader, T. Ulewicz, <br />ALSO PRESENT: Planning Director K. Wenger, Asst. Building Commissioner Rymarczyk, <br />Planning Secretary L. McNabb <br />ABSENT: <br />II. REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES: <br />J. Nader noted the following changes: <br />2°d page, page 5, 7th line, remove the word Due. It should read size of landscape island is what <br />will dictate the type of trees that would be most appropriate. <br />Item # 6 under recommendations should read Wrought iron fencing should be black in color in <br />lieu of anodized aluminum. <br />Item #7 under recommendations should read the DQ logo sign should be centered vertically on <br />the east farade and the Grill and Chill should be omitted. <br />Item #8, the north side sign was smaller than what was originally submitted. 54' is the revised <br />size. <br />J. Crook noted the following changes: <br />1 St page, last sentence, change the word entrance to drive lane by Dairy Queen, <br />Page 2, 3`d paragraph, add after the meeting had started <br />Item #6 under recommendations, add the word type after wrought iron. <br />J. Crook moved to approve the minutes of July 21, 2005 with the amended changes as noted. J. <br />Nader seconded, which was unanimously approved. <br />III. OLD BUSINESS <br />IV. NEW BUSINESS <br />Value Citv Furniture, 4700 Great Northern Blvd, (WRD 4): <br />Proposal consists of exterior modifications to the existing building. The Planning Commission <br />tabled this proposal on 7/26/05 pending recommendations from the Architectural Review Board.
