<br />PLANNI101G & DESIGN COMMISSIOloT <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />MEETING MINUTES OF OCTOBER 24, 2007 <br />ROLL CAI,L <br />Chair Lasko called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. in Council Chambers and led the Pledge of <br />Allegiance. <br />Present: John Lasko Jr., Don Rerlco, Greg Malone, James Cotner, Mark Mahoney, Melissa <br />Meredith, Ralph Bohlmann <br />Staff: Planning Director Kim Wenger, Assistant Law Director Bryan O'Malley, Building <br />Commissioner David Conway, City Engineer Dan Collins, Clerk of Commissions <br />Donna Rote <br />REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES <br />Mr. I,aslco moved, seconded by Mr. Mahoney, to approve the minutes of September 12, <br />2007: 'Roll call: Lasko, Iterko, Malone, Cotner, Mahoney, Meredith - yes; Bohlmann <br />abstained; motion approved 6-0. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />COlliIS07-0021: Mercedes/Porsche of 28450 Lorain Rd, Consolidation Plat: (Ward 3) <br />Representative: Mr. Brooker with Forum Architect <br />The proposal is to consolidate Permanent Parcel Numbers 232-06-005 and 232-06-007 into one <br />parcel. The consolidated parcel will be 4.9544 acres. The location is on the north side of Lorain <br />Road and approximately 500 feet east of Berkshire Drive. Zoning is Retail Business, General. <br />The existing parcels conform to the area and lot width requirements of the Zoning Code. The <br />consolidated parcel will conform to the area and lot width requirements of the Zoning Code. <br />Ms. Wenger reported that the proposal consisted of consolidating two existing lots into one lot in <br />accordance with PDC and Council's development plan approval. Mr. Brooker reviewed that the <br />consolidation was to accommodate renovations to the existing dealerships. Mr. Lasko reviewed <br />that the consolidation was a final step of the previously approved development plan. <br />Mr. I,asko moved, seconded by Mr. Mahoney, to approve the lot consolidation plat for <br />Mercedes/Porsche at 28450 Lorain Road, which was unanimously appa-oved, 7-0. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />C,OIVIS07-0023: Kurt I)unlap; Re-Plat PP# 234-23-022 on Chadbourne Drive: (Ward 3) <br />?? Representatives: Mr. Dunlap, the owner, and Mr. Root, surveyor <br />Thepioposal is to re-plat Permanent Parcel Number 234-23-022 of Bloclc B of the attacYied <br />Bretton Ridge Subdivision 4A plat dated 1965 as a sublot.
