IN COUNCI]L CIIAMBERS <br />II. <br />III. <br />I. ROLL CALL: <br />Chairman, Tallon called the meeting to order at 7:45 P.M._ <br />PRESENT: Chairman Tallon, Board Members, K. O'Rourke, R. Koeth, <br />T. Hreha and C. Allan <br />ALSO PRESENT: Assistant Law Dii'ector, J. Dubelko, City Engineer, P <br />of Commissions, D. Rote. <br />W. Spalding, S. Asseff, <br />Deichmann and Clerk <br />R. Tallon motioned to amend the agenda to include "Sian" Ordinance 2000-12, which was <br />received in the Commissions office today. There are two copies of Ordinance 2000-12 one in <br />which is the original Ordinance and one that is an amended copy that is an unofficial workin- <br />copy of Ordinance 2000-12. The Planning Commission will review and address both copies of <br />Ordinance 2000-12 tonight, under Communications. The motion was seconded by R. Koeth and <br />unanimously approved. Motion Carried. Clerks Note: The addition of Ordinance 2000-12 on <br />tonight's agenda is at the request of Councilman, Michael Gareau Jr. <br />REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES: The Planning Commission minutes for 7anuary <br />25, 2000 and February 8, 2000 have been submitted for approval. <br />R. Tallon motioned to approve the Planning Commission minutes dated January 12, 2004 as <br />submitted. The motion was seconded by C. Allan and unanimously approved. Roll call on the <br />motion: C. Allan, T. Hreha, R. Koeth, and R. Tallon; "Yes." K. O'Rourke and S. Asseff; <br />abstained. Motion Carried. <br />R. Tallon motioned to approve the Planning Commission minutes dated February 8, 2000 as <br />submitted. The motion was seconded by C. Allan. Roll call on the motion: C. Allan, T. Hreha, R. <br />Koeth, K. O'Rourke and R. Tallon; "Yes." S. Asseff; abstain. Motion Carried. <br />BiJILDING DEPARTMENT REQLTESTS: <br />1. Chi Chi's Restaurant 26410 Great Northern Shoppin Cg enter <br />Proposal consists of remodeling the existing entrance, repainting the entire building and planters <br />below shutters. Note: The Planning Commission on the following dates heard this proposal, <br />11/9/99, 1/11/00 and 1/25/00. The Architectural Review Board reviewed the proposal on <br />2/16/00. 'I'he proposal was vvithdrawrn at the request of the applicant. <br />IV. NEW DEVELOPMENTS AND SUBDIVISIONS: <br />1. Andrew & Edith Dora , lot split and assembly plat: The proposal is to combine and re-align <br />permanent parcel numbers 236-03-030, 236-03-031, and 236-03-032 into two parcels. Location
