ROLL CAL,L: <br />Chairman Zergott called the meeting to order at 5:35pm. <br />PRESENT: Chairman B. Zergott and Board Members K. Schulz and M. Yager <br />AZSO PRESENT: Building Commissioner D. Conway and Asst. Clerk of Commissions K. Fallon <br />ABSENT: Board Meinber T. Liggett <br />H. REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MIINUTES: The Architectural Review Board minutes for May <br />17, 2000 have been submitted for approval. <br />Mr. Yager motioned to accept the minutes of the Architectural Review Board meeting held on <br />May 17, 2000 as written. The motion was seconded by K. Schulz and unanimously approved. <br />1Vlotiora Carried. <br />III. SIGNS: <br />N. OLD BUSINESS: <br />V. NEW BUSINESS: <br />l. Stephen 1Vlusser, 25043 Lorain Rd. <br />Proposal consists of converting a single family home into a medical office. Note: This proposal <br />was heard at the Planning Commission meeting held on May 9, 2000 and the Board of Zoiung <br />Appeals meeting on June 7, 2000. <br />Chairinan Zergott called all interested parties forward to review the proposal. Dr. Musser came <br />forward to review the proposal. He indicated that presently the home is a single family home and <br />he is proposing to convert the home into an office with the parking lot in the front of the house. <br />Dr. Musser indicated that the reason for the parking lot up front is for easier access for his elderly <br />patients. He indicated that on the landscaping plans, there is a four-space parking lot and that the <br />landscaping is located on the east`and north side of the building. He indicated that the aluminum <br />siding would be painted and cleaned up and shutters would be added. Nlr. Zergott questioned if <br />Dr. Musser had a picture board of the Iocation. At this time, the Clerk brought out a photo of the <br />home from the street file. Mr. Yager questioned how many employees there would be. Dr. <br />Musser indicated that presently there would only be one. Mr. Yager questioned if Dr. Musser <br />would be the only doctor in the home. Dr. Musser replied "yes." Mr. Yager questioned if the <br />legislation set up for more than one doctor. Dr. Musser indicated that Code perinits 5 parking <br />spaces per doctor. He indicated that to the rear there is a two-car garage in which he and his <br />assistant would be using. Mr. Yager questioned that there would be no employees using the <br />parking in the front. Dr. Musser replied "no." Mr. Conway indicated that Dr. Musser would be <br />installing a handicapped ramp in the front, which would be the only external change besides the <br />parking lot. Mr. Yager questioned if both trees in the front yard would be removed.. Dr. Musser <br />indicated orily one tree would be removed. Mr. Yager questioned which tree would be removed. <br />Ms. Schulz questioned if it would be the tree to the front or to the side. Dr. Musser indicated the <br />tree closest to Lorain in front. Dr. Musser indicated that on the plans submitted to Planning <br />Commission, the trees were drawn out more clearly and asked if he could look a.t those plans. <br />The Clerk brought out -the plans. Dr. Musser points out that the tree closest to Lorain would be ! <br />removed. Mr. Yager indicated that it looks as if both are coming out. Mr. Yager questioned if the
