OLD BUSINESS:
Fred Biszantz: 26561 Butternut Ridge Rd.
Mr. Lang commented that he understands that Landmarks postponed this proposal until the
next regularly scheduled meeting in October. Mr. Biszantz expressed a concern that the job
be expedited so that what is to be done is completed before winter. That is the reason this
special meeting has been called. There was a question as to whether a special hearing needed
to be held, the law director advised the clerk of commissions that in fact last month's meeting
was the hearing, so the hearing is continued tonight. A rnajority of the Landmarks
Commission is present so the commission is free to act accordingly. Mr. Lang then
commented that there is a sample of the vinyl siding, which is white in color, approximately
a 3 and 1/2 inch lap siding and the entire house would be sheathed with this vinyl siding. Mr. Biszantz answered that he did not know and the board would have to talk to Sears
about that.
