ROLL CALL: <br />Chairman, Maloney called the meeting to order at 7:35 p.m. <br />PRESENT: Chairman, J. Maloney, Board members, T. Koberna, J. Konold, and W. Kremzar. <br />ALSO PItESEN'T: Law Director, M. C`rareau, Asst. Building Commissioner, T. Rymarczyk and Asst. <br />Clerk of Commissions, S. Solomon. <br />ABSENT: Board member, T. Kelley. <br />II. REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES: The Board of Zoning Appeals minutes of March 1, <br />2001 have been submitted for review. <br />J. Konold motioned to approve the March l, 2001 Board of Zoning Appeals minutes as submitted. The <br />motion was seconded by W. Kremzar and unanimously approved. Approved 5/3/01. <br />The Board of Zoning Appeals minutes of April 5, 2001 have been submitted for review. <br />W. Kremzar inotioned to approve the April 5, 2001 Board of Zoning Appeals minutes as submitted. The <br />motion was seconded by J. Konold and unanimously approved. Approved 5/3/01. <br />J. Maloney advised that each board member had viewed the premises involved for each case. Three votes <br />are required for approval. In addition each case will be judged on the physical situation peculiar to itself, <br />so that in no way is a judgment rendered considered to be a general policy judgment affecting properties <br />and like situations elsewhere. <br />III. BUII.,DING DEPARTMENT REQLTESTS: <br />1. 12ichard L. F'rawlev, Ja-.; 4987 Hamuton I?r. <br />Request for variance (1123.12). The proposal consists of building a shed. The following variance is <br />requested: <br />A 37 sq. ft. variance for a 10 x 12 ft. shed (code permits 83 sq. ft., applicant shows 120 sq. ft.). Which is <br />in violation of Ord. 90-125 section, (1135.02 (D-1)). <br />Chairman 1Vlaloney called all interested parties forward to review the proposal. The oath was <br />adininistered to Richard Frawley, the owner, who came forward to review the proposal. Mr. Maloney <br />indicated that he had no particular problems with this ease. Mr. Koberna agreed that he also had no <br />problems. Mr. Maloney called for a motion. <br />J. Konold motioned to grant Richard Frawley of 4987 Hampton Dr. his request for variance (1123.12). <br />Which consists of building a shed and that the following variance be granted: <br />A 37 sq. ft. variance for a 10 x 12 ft. shed (code permits 83 sq. ft., applicant shows 120 sq. ft.). Which is <br />in violation of Ord. 90-125 section, (1135.02 (D-1)). The motion was seconded by W. Kremzar and <br />unanimously approved. Variance Granted 5/3/01. <br />2. David G.
