ROLL CALL: <br />Chairman, Maloney called the meeting to order at 7:35 p.m. <br />PRESENT: Chairman, J. Maloney, Board members, T. Koberna, J. Konold, W. Kremzar and T. Kelly. <br />ALSO PRESENT Law Director, M. Gareau, Asst. Building Commissioner, T. Rymarczyk and Asst. <br />Clerk of Commissions, S. Solomon. <br />II. REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES: <br />J. Maloney advised that each board member had viewed the premises involved for each case. Three votes <br />are required for approval. In addition each case will be judged on the physical situation peculiar to itself, <br />so that in no way is a judgment rendered considered to be a general policy judgment affecting properties <br />and like situations elsewhere. <br />III. BUII,DING DEPARTMENT REQUESTS: <br />l. Mr. & Mrs. Frindt23325 Stonevbrook Drive: <br />Request for variance (1123.12). The proposal consists of placing air conditioning unit on side of home. <br />The following variance is requested: <br />A 2 foot variance for side lot setback, (code requires 5 ft., applicant shows 3 ft.). Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section, 1135.07 A. Chairman Maloney called all interested parties forward to review the request. The oath was administered <br />to Richard Frindt, the owner, who came forward to review the proposal. Mr. Frindt indicated that he <br />was looking for a variance to install his air conditioning unit on the side of his home in the side lot <br />setback. Mr. Kremzar questioned why he had chosen to put it on that side of his home and not the other. <br />Mr. Frindt indicated that they moved the old air conditioner out because they built a deck where it was <br />located. There was no other place to put it. The board had no further questions. Mr. Maloney called for <br />a motion. <br />J. Konold motioned to grant Richard Frindt of 23325 Stoneybrook Dr. his' request for variance <br />(1123.12). Which consists of placing an air conditioning unit on the side of home and that the following <br />variance is granted: <br />A 2 foot variance for side lot setback, (code requires 5 ft., applicant shows 3 ft.). Joel Edmonds: 6155 Wild Oak Drive: <br />Request for variance (1123.12). The proposal consists of building a shed. <br />The following variances are requested: <br />l. A 3 foot variance for side lot Iine setback, (code requires 5 ft., applicant shows 2 ft.). <br />2. An 8 foot variance for rear lot line setback, (code requires 10 ft., applicant shows 2 ft.). <br />Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 section, (1135.02 d-4). <br />Chairman Maloney called all interested parties forward to review the request.
