Zergott motion to accept the design as presented with the revision that 5 taxus sebian be added across the south side of the ramp with a spacing of 3 feet. The motion was seconded by J. Nader and unanimously approved. Approved 2/19/03 Board members need to elect a Chairman and Vice Chairman for 2003 J. Nader made a motion to retain Mr. Zergott as Chairman. The motion was seconded by M. Yager and unanimously approved. J. Nader made a moUon to retain Mr. Yager as Vice Chairman. The motion was seconded by B. Zergott and unanimously approved. MARCH 19, 2003 "MEETING CANCELED AS NO CASE5 PENDING" APRIL 16, 2003 T Mobile Wireless Communication Tower; North West corner of Brookpark &Clague Road PP#237-23-030 & 031 Proposal consists of installing a pernutted wireless communication tower in the I-480 state right of way. Note: Plaiuiuig Cominission motioned that the proposal would go to Board of Zoning and Development after meeting with the Architectural Review Board. B. Zergott motion to accept the proposal with the conditions flhat they use cedar planking rather than aluminized. The gate is to be made out of steel and galvanized steel and is to be put on the northeast corner of flie compound with flie trees, Austrian pines, and the berm going up the entire east side of the compound. Where there is not a gate and fliey have access on flie north side, they will put as many trees there as possible. The motion was seconded by K. Schulz. Roll call on the motion: K. Schulz, J. Nader, and B. Zergott - Yes, M. Yager - No. MOTION CARRIED. M. Yager made a motion to approve the project as presented with the following comments: They are to clean up and maintain the clean image of their products, they are to keep other material somewhere else, whether its in the back or off site. The modon was seconded by J. Nader and unanimously approved. Approved 6/18/03 Jared The Galleria of Jewelrv; PP# 235-28-003 Great Northern Mall Proposal consists oftonstructing a new 5,700 square foot building. M. Yager made a motion to approve the proposal as submitted. The motion was seconded by J. Nader and unanimously approved. Approved 6/18/03 ReminQton College; 2635 Great Northern Shopping Center: Proposal consists of new exterior improvements, new masonry covered entrance to the existing Top's building to accommodate a post secondary school. M. Yager motion to approve the proposal with the following conditions: A landscaping program is to be done and resubmitted, the front fagade is to be looked at in terms of proportion for height, window placement, and signage, etc. The motion was seconded by J.
