CAUCUS <br />None called <br />Chairman Koeth called the meeting to order at 7:40 p.m. <br />ROLL CALL <br />PRESENT: Chairman Koeth, Board members: J. Lasko, M. Yager, S. Hoff-Smith, T. <br />Hreha, W. Spalding <br />ALSO PRESENT: Planning Director K. Wenger, Asst. Law Director B. O'Malley, Asst. <br />Building Commissioner T. Rymarczyk, City Engineer G. Durbin, and Planning Secretary <br />L. McNabb <br />ABSENT: C. Allan <br />REVIEW AND CORI2ECTION OF MINUTES: <br />The Planning Commission minutes dated October 12, 2004 have been submitted for <br />approval. Mr. Koeth moved to approve the October 12, 2004 minutes as written with the <br />addition that Mr. O'Malley attended the Ohio Planning Conference. J. Lasko seconded <br />the motion which was unanimously approved. <br />Fiber Tower was placed first on today's agenda. <br />II. COMMLT11o11ICATIONS <br />III. OLD BUSINESS <br />Kennedv RidlZe Apartments; 24900 Kennedv Rid2e Road: (WRD 4) <br />Proposal consists of site improvements. (PP# 236-17-005) Note: The Architectural Review <br />Board addressed this proposal on 9/22/04. Planning Commission tabled this proposal on 9/28/04 <br />and 10/ 12/04. <br />Ms. Wenger stated this proposal consists of landscaping and lighting modifications. At the <br />previous meeting, the applicant was directed by the Planning Commission to address the <br />following issues: type of fencing, entrance lighting and landscaping. <br />On October 15Ih, Ms. Wenger met with Scott Gillespie from NRP Group, landscape architect and <br />an adjacent neighbor to walk the site. In discussion, the following amendments haye been made. <br />The existing fence at the end of the`entrance drive on the west side, along with the proposed <br />fence on the southwest corner will be board on board. The light poles along the entrance way <br />will be lowered to 12' and light fixtures will be shielded so not to shine on the neighboring <br />properties. The light style will be the same throughout the complex. The lights on the buildings
