<br />North Olmsted Parks and Recreation Commission Meeting <br />February 12, 1997 <br /> <br />Meeting called to order: 7:05 p.m. <br /> <br />Attendance: Mike Dolansky, Commissioner <br /> Dave Gardner, Chairman <br /> Claire Hayes, School Board Member <br /> Todd Morgan, Assistant Commissioner <br /> Janet Saringer, City Council Member <br /> Rich Scott, Member <br /> Pat Scott, Secretary <br /> <br />Absent: Carolyn Kasler, Safety Director <br /> Robert Kasler, Member <br /> <br />Visitors: None <br /> <br />Election of Officers: <br />Mike Dolansky, Commissioner, called the meeting to order and requested that the Board <br />members elect a Chairman and Vice-Chairman for 1997. <br /> <br />Mr. Dolansky asked for nominations for Chairman and Mrs. Hayes nominated Mr. Gardner as <br />Chairman of the Parks and Recreation Commission for 1997. The nomination seconded by Mr. <br />Scott and hearing no other nominations Mr. Dolansky closed the nomination process and asked <br />for an official vote. The nomination of Mr. Gardner as Chairman of the Parks and Recreation <br />Commission was approved unanimously. <br /> <br />Mr. Gardner asked for nominations for Vice-Chairman and Mr. Scott nominated Mrs. Hayes for <br />Vice-Chairman of the Parks and Recreation Commission for 1997. The nomination was seconded <br />by Mrs. Saringer and hearing no other nominations Mr. Gardner closed the nomination process <br />and asked for an official vote. The nomination of Mrs. Hayes as Vice-Chairman of the Parks and <br />Recreation Commission was approved unanimously. <br /> <br />Mrs. Hayes officially nominated Pat Scott for Secretary of the Parks and Recreation Commission <br />and was seconded by Rich Scott. The nomination was unanimously approved by all the Board <br />members. <br /> <br />
