A <br />motion was made, seconded and passed unanimously to accept the minutes as mailed. <br /> <br />Visitors Opportunity to Address Commission: <br />Mr. Jenkins stated at our last meeting we talked about the ODNR grant for the roof <br />replacement and also the need for replacing the HVAC system in the Ice Rink. Mr. Bohlmann <br />stated the ODNR grant for $80,000 is being matched by an additional $80,000 from the City to <br />cover the cost of the roof replacement project. The City must initiate the roof project this year <br />or they jeopardize losing the ODNR grant. City Council recently committed the $80,000 and <br />additional funds to also complete the HVAC replacement and dehumidification system <br /> <br />
