Gommersall, B. Grace, J. Helon, T. Restifo, and R. Bugala <br />Also Present: Law Director Gareau, Building Commissioner Conway and <br />Substitute Clerk of Commissions Wingenfeld. <br />Minutes of April 4, 1990 were approved. <br />Metro Lexus, 28450 Lorain Road <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Request variance to display automobiles in <br />front setback. Violation of Ord. 87-93, Section 1139.04. (Continued from <br />meeting of April 4, 1990). <br />No representative present. B. Grace moved to approve the request, seconded <br />by R. Bugala. Motion was disapproved unanimously. <br />Ann Silvaggi, 4421 Danberry Drive <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Request 23 foot rear yard variance to -con- <br />struct patio enclosure. Violation of Ord. 87-93, Section 1135.08(a). <br />J. Helon moved to approve the request, seconded by T. Restifo, and unanimously <br />approved. <br />1. Mark Laisy, 25760 Butternut Ridge Road <br />(Property located between 25780 and 25746). <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Request 340 sq. ft. variance for area of <br />house to be moved from 25420 Butternut Ridge Road. Also request 15 foot front <br />setback variance (over maximum of 70 feet). Violation of Ord. 87-93, Sections <br />1125.02(1) and 1135.06(a). Request 1.43 ft variance for width of lot at <br />building line and also variance because previous ownership of contiguous pro- <br />perty was the same and one conforming lot could have been created (prior to <br />property being deeded to present owner). Violations of Ord. 87-93, Sections <br />1135.05(a) and 1165.04(c). The assembly of this property will be heard by <br />Planning Commission on April 24, 1990. The above requested variances will not <br />be heard if the Board of Building Code Appeals does not approve the house <br />move or grant variance referred to that Board which are to be heard on <br />April 26, 1990. <br />J. Helon moved to approve the requests, seconded by T. Restifo, and unanimously <br />approved. <br />2. Louis E. Herman, 3433 West 231st St. <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Request 14 foot front setback variance to <br />construct roof over existing front porch. Violation of Ord. 87-93, Section <br />1135.06(a). Also request special permit to add to non -conforming dwelling. <br />Special permission required Ord. 87-93, Section 1165.02. <br />R. Gomersall moved to grant the requests, seconded by J. Helon, and unani- <br />mously approved. <br />
