This Hearing would take place only if
additional information was received from Carol Ward regarding the specific reasons for her
objections to the transfer.
The Secretary was instructed to send a letter to Carol Ward requesting that she provide.the
Commission with more specific information detailing her objections to this transfer, to be
received by the Commission by July 31, 1986.
The Secretary was instructed to send a letter to Carol Ward's attorney informing them of
the tentative Hearing date on August 28, 1986, and naming those Commissioners who will be
present.
