Fifty-nine. <br />candidates showed up to take the exam. and everyone passed the exam. <br />with the passing score set at 70%. Chief Viola has two vacancies at <br />the present time. Tracy Ice sent him the top 4 names so that he could <br />begin interviewing. Chief Viola is hoping to hire two in October. <br />One candidate from the Correction Officer's list send a letter asking <br />that his name be removed from the eligibility list, since he did not <br />want to.take the polygraph test. <br />The Captain's Assessment was given on July 29, 1995. We had two <br />candidates taking this test. The top candidate was Kevin Whelan and <br />he was sworn=in on August*23, 1995. <br />The Lieutenant's.Assessment was given July 29, 1995. We had four <br />candidates take this test. The top candidate was Wayne Wozinak and he <br />was sworn -in on August 23, 1995. <br />
