He noted at this time <br />we are following the rules in the March handbook. Personnel Director Wilamosky explained he <br />has submitted several opinions concerning the March handbook to the Mayor's office, the Safety <br />Director and the Law Department. He noted these include definitions for exceptional employee, <br />emergency employee, and provisional employee along with the criteria for each. A complete list of <br />suggestions should be presented at the next regular civil service meeting. Mr. Wilamosky <br />requested a copy of the suggestions from Mr. Power and Chief Osterhouse. Mr. Osterhouse <br />explained, he submitted suggestions to the civil service commission and assumed a copy would be <br />forwarded to the law department. He noted that the suggestions presented by him were a <br />combination of both the fire department unions concerns as well as his own. Mr. Wilamosky <br />
