Dansberg------ 9 <br />Marvin Ruggles------ 4 <br />Regular Meeting - January 20, 1971 <br />Public hearing required by Ordinance #2806, requested by Mr. Bolognia regarding <br />erection of a dwelling on Per. Parcel #235-14-91 Decker Rd. Mr. Dansberg moved <br />to grant permission to build on the lot in question. Mr. Schulz seconded the <br />motion and it was passed with Mr. Seidel voting no. <br />Regular Meeting - February 17, 1971 <br />Election of officers was held with the following persons unanimously elected. <br />Mr. Gilbert for a second term as Chairman, Mr. Seidel for a second term as <br />Vice Chairman and Mr. Schulz for Secretary. <br />Discussion was held regarding the month in which election of officers is held. <br />Mr. Seidel moved to hold elections in January starting in 1972; seconded by <br />Mr. Schulz and unanimously passed. <br />Regular Meeting - March 17, 1971 <br />Public hearing required by Ordinance #2806, requested by Mr.'Laurenee Carroll, <br />regarding erection of a house on S/L 252 South Porter Road. Mr. Ruggles moved <br />to grant permission to build on the lot in question; seconded by Mr. Schulz and <br />unanimously passed. <br />Regular Meeting - April 21, 1971 <br />Mr. Gundy stated that he wants permission to recommend to Council the adoption of <br />the 1966 Copyright Regional Dwelling House Code with the amendments that have been <br />made included. Discussion was held. Pair. Dansberg moved to recommend the adoption <br />of the 1966 Copyright Regional Dwelling House Code with amendments and additions <br />made. Mr. Schulz seconded the motion. Unanimously passed. Mr. Gundy will get <br />all of the changes together and provide Board members with copies. <br />Regular Meeting - May 19, 1971 <br />Mr. Matthews of Lakeside Supply Co. and Mr. Gilman of Carlon Products Co. appeared <br />with a request for approval of Carlon "D" plastic -sewer pipe. The product has <br />FHA approval and is being sold in every suburb that,has approved plastic pipe. <br />Discussion was held regarding whether product is comparable to other plastic pipe <br />that has been approved. Mr. Seidel moved to present to the Engineering Department <br />to determine if product is comparable to plastic previously approved; seconded by <br />Mr. Schulz and unanimously passed. Mr. Seidel moved to approve the use of Carlon <br />"D" if the Engineering Department determines that the product is equal; seconded <br />by Mr. Schulz and unanimously passed. r <br />
