Gerald and Linda Pierce, owners <br />Proposal consists of a new storage building. Property is zoned A -One Family Residence. <br />-[he following variances are requested: <br />I . A variance for an accessory structure use (storage building) prior to construction of a <br />dwelling; code does not allow, Section 1135.01 <br />2. A 900 sq. ft. variance for the size of a storage building: code allows 300 sq. II.: applicant <br />shows 1200 sq. ft.. Section 1135.02 (C)(2). <br />3. A 4 ft. variance for maximum building height code permits 14 fl., applicant shows 18 ft. <br />Section 1135.03 (Q(2) <br />Note: Proposed Storage Building is 30 ft. x 40 ft. x 18 ft. high. Lot size is 52,272 sq.
