PLANNING & DESIGN COMMISSION <br /> CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br /> MINUTES OF JANUARY 25, 2023 <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> Mr. Anderson called the meeting to order at 7:05 pm. <br /> Present: David Anderson, Mare Ellen Hemann, Humberto Olivos, Tom Patton <br /> Absent: Julie Nader <br /> Staff: Director of Economic & Community Development Max Upton, Assistant Law Director <br /> Bryan O'Malley, City Engineer Jeff Filarski, Special Assistant to the Mayor Chuck Massarolo <br /> REVIEW AND CORRECTION OF MINUTES <br /> Mr. Anderson moved, seconded by Mr. Olivos, to approve the Planning & Design Commission <br /> minutes of December 14, 2022. Motion Passed 4-0. <br /> NEW BUSINESS (Click on link to view casefile) <br /> 22-23561; 31351 Industrial Parkway, LLC, 31330 Industrial Parkway North <br /> Proposal consists of consolidating existing lots #1/#2, (234-11-139 and 234-11-141) and <br /> subsequently splitting them into #3 and #4. Property is Zoned Limited Industry. <br /> Director Upton introduced new City Engineer, Jeff Filarski. There were no representatives for <br /> case 22-23561 under direction from Director Upton and Mr. Filarski. Mr. Filarski conducted an <br /> engineering review and offered to make recommendations to the board for approval or denial in <br /> conditions thereof. <br /> Mr. Filarski presented the recommendations to the board. He advised a recommendation to <br /> approve the lot split and consolidation; contingent on the surveyor's approval, and to change a <br /> name on the approval line. <br /> Mr. O'Malley explained to the board that this is a conforming lot and otherwise complies with <br /> sound planning principles. <br /> Mr. Anderson moved, seconded by Mr. Patton, to approve 22-23561; 31351 Industrial Parkway, <br /> LLC, 31330 Industrial Parkway North. Proposal consists of consolidating existing lots #1/#2, <br /> (234-11-139 and 234-11-141) and subsequently splitting them into #3 and #4.
