Ordinance No. 2005 -171 <br />Course and Ballroom as directed by the Facility Course Manager. He or she shall have a four - <br />year or two -year degree in horticulture, agronomy, turf management or related fields; three years <br />experience with increasing responsibilities in the operations and maintenance of a golf course. <br />He or she shall also be a certified pesticide applicator (or be qualified to obtain such <br />certification), shall have a valid driver's license; and be willing to work flexible hours and <br />weekends. <br />(0 The Director of Community Life Services, with the concurrence of the Mayor, shall <br />establish the compensation for all employees of the Division within the salary ranges established <br />by City Council. <br />SECTION 3: That all ordinances, or parts of ordinances, inconsistent or in conflict with <br />this Ordinance, are, to the extent of such inconsistency or conflict, repealed. <br />SECTION 4: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after the <br />earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: a 6 o f— <br />ATTEST: <br />' BARBARA L.
