The Director shall also maintain <br />a file of such records, which file shall include for each employee, <br />evaluations, rewards, disciplinary actions, commendations and any <br />other correspondence or pertinent information that may from time <br />to time come to the attention of the Director with respect to any <br />specific employee. <br />(2) The Director shall assist directors and division <br />heads in carrying out their responsibilities on personnel <br />matters. The Director shall establish a uniform system of <br />maintaining accurate records for all employees dealing with the <br />use and accumulation of sick leave, vacation time and personal <br />holidays. <br />time as is deemed appropriate by the Dir-eeter- of Finane@ fef <br />employee's pay stub. <br />(3) The Director shall be responsible for the <br />administration and coordination of all employee benefits for all <br />departments within the City. The Director shall be responsible for <br />continually monitoring, revising and enforcing the City's affirmative <br />action policies. As such, he or she shall be considered to be the <br />Affirmative Action Coordinator of the City and shall carry out all of the <br />policies established therein. <br />(d) Insurance. <br />(1) The Director shall maintain in his or her office the <br />master copy of all insurance policies maintained by the City, <br />including but not limited to, fire, casualty, hospitalization and life <br />insurance, as well as other coverage which may from time to time <br />be obtained by the City. <br />(2) The Director shall be responsible for administering <br />the self - insurance portion of all policies obtained by the City which <br />requires the City to pay all losses occurring under a certain <br />deductible amount.
