Ordinance No. 2005 -134 <br />SECTION 2: That this Council declares that sufficient funds have been <br />appropriated for the expenditures relating to the subject renewed contract and hereby <br />ratifies and approves any payments made by the Director of Finance to Karrie Skall <br />Tipton during the period September 1, 2005, through the effective date of this Ordinance, <br />that are consistent with the provisions of the subject contract <br />SECTION 4: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and <br />for the reason that this legislation must go into effect immediately because the current <br />contract for the provision of said services to members of the North Olmsted community <br />has expired, and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two - thirds of all <br />members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and <br />approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: D b 0Sf First Reading: _ 9 16 It, S— <br />Second Reading: <br />Third Reading :� , <br />Committee: <br />A T ST: <br />'I_A I <br />BARBARA L.
