Written Modifications or Addenda to Contract (if any, and if approved by both parties). 3. Specifications. 4. Drawings (if any). 5. Bid Proposal. 6. Affidavits and Certificates. K. SURVIVAL OF CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS. The terms of all CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, including but not limited to all warranties and guaranties, shall survive the acceptance of the services performed, equipment, and appurtenances by the CITY and the acceptance of payment by the VENDOR. L. SUBCONTRACTORS. The VENDOR agrees to bind every subcontractor, if any, to the terms of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. The Contract shall not be construed as creating any contractual relation between any such Subcontractor and the CITY. No subcontractor shall be hired without first having received the prior written approval of the CITY. M. AUTHORITY AND RESPONSIBILITY OF DIRECTOR. All services to be performed under the Contract shall be done under the observation of the Chief of the Fire Department. The Chief, in cooperation with such other CITY official(s) having the authority to do so, shall decide any and all questions which may arise as to the quality and acceptability of materials furnished, work performed, rate of progress of work, interpretation of Plans and Specifications and all questions as to the acceptable fulfillment of the Contract on the part of the VENDOR. N. NOTICES.
