Resolution No. 2005 -98 <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety, and welfare, and for the <br />further reason it is immediately necessary for the City to file an application for the DARE <br />Program Grant funds on or before August 5, 2005, and City Council will be on vacation during <br />the entire month of July, and further, provided it receives the affirmative vote of two- thirds of all <br />members of the Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and <br />approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST.• <br />BARBARA L.
