ATTACHMENT A - MOBILE MAINTENANCE SERVICES <br />A) Maintenance services deals with answering questions and helping <br />resolve issues with the system. <br />B) On -Site or via remote connection. With remote connection, <br />customers receive immediate and updated technical support <br />and answers to their questions. Customers open the connection <br />so ICES consultants can directly access their system and evaluate <br />the problem on -line. Once the consulting session is finished the <br />customer closes the connection. <br />C) Compulhensive Business Solutions will, as a part of the Maintenance Agreement, pick <br />malfunctioning hardware up from the client site and contact Compaq for assistance and <br />return merchandise if required. CBS, Inc. agrees to pay all shipping and handling costs <br />associated with a return of equipment. We are not directly nor indirectly responsible for <br />damaged or malfunctioning equipment, the manufacturer is ultimately responsible for <br />their equipment.
