„ >,.,.�+r,.s. fl rea�ycaP4 :4Aho-n.ti%x ✓�1H »C4 - nx.�hax�x+ .;..,�... <br />he <br />7- <br />SUPPLEMENT TO AGREEMENT <br />This Supplement to <br />Agreement is <br />made <br />this <br />day of <br />2005, <br />by and between <br />the Cities <br />of Bay <br />Village, Ohio; <br />Rocky River, Ohio; Fairview Park, Ohio; Westlake, Ohio; North Olmsted, Ohio; and the <br />Westshore Council of Governments ( "WCOG "); <br />WHEREAS, the Cities of Bay Village, Fairview Park, Rocky River, and <br />Westlake ( "Participating Cities ") and the City of North Olmsted ( "Non- Participating <br />City ") have entered into an Agreement (the "Cooperative Agreement ") through the <br />WCOG for the construction and operation of a central fire dispatch center; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of North Olmsted, as a Non - Participating City in said <br />Agreement, has elected to become a Participating City pursuant to the provisions of <br />Paragraph 12 of said Cooperative Agreement; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of North Olmsted has proposed that, upon becoming a <br />Participating City, it shall contribute certain computer and dispatch equipment, and <br />mobile radio equipment, purchased with funds from a FEMA grant and matching city <br />funds, in the total approximate amount of Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars <br />($350,000.00), in satisfaction of its obligation to pay a pro rata share of the operating <br />costs of the said fire dispatch center, pursuant to Paragraph 5 of the Cooperative <br />Agreement, for the first two years of the center's operations; and <br />i <br />
