SECTION 1: That Sections 1, 9 and 11 of Ordinance No. 2004 -164, as set forth above and in the most recent amendment to Ordinance No. 2004 -164, are hereby amended, as set forth below, to establish a compensation rate range for the new full -time position in the Department of Personnel and Administrative Services Department, entitled `Employment Specialist" and to clarify the compensation rate range for the existing full -time Secretary position in said Department, and effective June 1, 2005 to change the salary range for the office of Director of Human Resources, for the years 2005 through 2007.
