SECTION 1: That Section 8 of Ordinance No. 2003 -164, as set forth above and in the most recent
<br />amendment to Ordinance No. 2003 -164, is hereby amended, as set forth below, to establish a
<br />compensation rate range for the new seasonal position in the Division of Building, entitled "Property
<br />Maintenance Inspector" for the years 2005 through 2007.
<br />SECTION 2: That the following salary ranges are hereby established or restated, as applicable:

<br />personnel of the City of North Olmsted. The salaries in this Section shall be determined by the Mayor as
<br />appropriate.
