SECTION 2: That, upon the award of a contract by the Board of Control to the lowest <br />and best bidder, that the Mayor be and is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with said <br />bidder in substantially the form as that contained in the plans and specifications on file, with only <br />such changes therein as are not substantially adverse to the City and which are approved by both <br />the Mayor and the Director of Law. The character of any such changes as not being substantially <br />adverse to the City shall be evidenced conclusively by the execution of the Agreement by the <br />Mayor and the approval of the Agreement by the Director of Law. <br />SECTION 3: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health, safety and welfare, and <br />for the further reason that it is necessary that this Resolution immediately go into effect to insure <br />that the City meets all ADA requirements in City facilities, and further provided it receives the <br />affirmative vote of two - thirds of the members of this Council, it shall take effect and be in force <br />immediately upon its approval by the Mayor. <br />w <br />PASSED: cl 1� First Reading: <br />Second Reading: 44 <br />Third Reading 1Lk <br />Committee: r ,- <br />A <br />ARA L.
