Ordinance No. 2005 -36 <br />SECTION 2: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health, safety and welfare, and <br />for the further reason that it is necessary that this Ordinance immediately go into effect to that <br />there is no lapse in the service and repair of numerous emergency generators owned by the <br />Waste Water Systems Department, and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two - <br />thirds of the members of this Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its <br />approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />CARBARA L.
