Sec. 2000d) and VII (42 U.S.C. Sec. 2000e); <br />Age Discrimination Act of 1975, as amended, Sec. 303 (42 <br />U.S.C. 610); Age Discrimination Action of 1967 as amended, <br />Sec. 4 (29 U.S.C. Sec. 623); Americans with Disabilities Act of <br />1990, as amended, Section 202 (42 U.S.C. 12132); and Sec. <br />102 (42 U.S.C. Sec. 12112) and implementing regulations (19 <br />C.F.C. Part 1630); Federal Transit Law (49 U.S.C. Sec. 5332); <br />Executive Order 11246, as amended by Executive Order 11375 <br />42 U.S.C. Sec. 20003 note) and implementing regulations (41 <br />C.F.R. Parts 60 et seq.). <br />14. Assignment. This Agreement shall bind and inure to the benefit <br />of the parties hereunder and their respective successors and <br />assigns; provided, however, that this Agreement may not be <br />assigned by any party without the prior written consent of all the <br />other parties. <br />15. Failure of Conditions. If the conditions of the consummation of <br />this Agreement have not been met by the date of Closing or by <br />the date to which the Closing may have been postponed, this <br />Agreement shall be terminated and no party shall have any <br />further liability to or possess any rights against the other party. <br />11 <br />
