? <br />residential purposes. An attached garage shall be considered a part of <br />a dwelling. <br />(t) "Dwelling unit" means space, comprised of living, dining and sleeping <br />rooms, storage closets and the space and equipment for cooking, <br />bathing and toilet facilities, all used by one family. "Dwelling unit" <br />does not include a tent, cabin, trailer or mobile home. <br />(g) "Elderly housing" means a residential structure designed specifically to <br />provide for the special housing needs of elderly persons, including any <br />and all special safety and convenience features as required in buildings <br />qualifying for governmental housing assistance for the elderly. <br />(h) "Group home" means a residential facility designed to accommodate a <br />group of individuals, usually physically impaired or with emotional or <br />social problems, living as a family unit in a noninstitutional, <br />neighborhood setting. <br />(i) "Hotel apartment" means a hotel in which a substantial number of the <br />occupants use their rooms more or less permanently as a residence. <br />(j) "Hotel-motel" means a building containing rooms for the temporary <br />accommodation of transients which may provide a variety of rooms for <br />dining, entertainment, exhibitions and convention or sales activities as <br />well as personal services for guests. <br />(k) "Mobile home" means a self-propelled or nonself-propelled vehicle <br />designed in a manner to <br />permit the use and occupancy thereof for human habitation, whether or <br />not resting on wheels, <br />jacks or other foundations. <br />(1) "Mobile home park" means any tract of land upon which one or more <br />mobile homes are occupied either free of charge or for revenue <br />purpose, including any roadway, building, vehicle or structure used or <br />intended for use as a part of the facilities of such mobile home park or <br />for the benefit of its occupants. <br />(m) "Multi-family building" means a building consisting of three or more <br />attached dwelling units with various arrangements of entrances and <br />party walls, comprising a unified building design but excluding hoCels <br />and motels. <br />(n) "Nursing home" means a residential care facility designed to provide a <br />railge of personal and medical services to chronically ill or disabled <br />individuals. <br />(o) "One-family detached dwelling" means a building consisting of a single <br />dwelling unit having at least two separate entrances. <br />(p) "One-family attached dwelling" means a building consisting of separate <br />dwelling suites sharing common, or parry, walls with at least one othei- <br />dwelling unit with each unit having at least two separate entrances. <br />(q) "Rooming house" means a building operated for compensation by a <br />resident family in which a room or rooms are provided for living and <br />sleeping facilities to not more than two persons and providing no <br />iildependent cooking facilities for such persons. <br />(r) "Two-family dwelling" means a building consisting of two dwelling <br />units which may be either attached side by side or one above the other, <br />separated from each other by tenant wallti, floors and/or ceilings, of <br />concrete, masonry or the equivalent, and each unit having either a <br />separate or combined entrance or entrances. <br />SECTION 2• That Section' 139.01 ^f rh^pt°.- 139 «„s;n°°" n;"`r;^`) 1145.03 of <br />Chapter 1145 (Limited Industry-Industrial Park District) of the Zoning Code, which <br />presently reads as follows: <br />4 <br />
