purpose, including any roadway, building, vehicle or structure used or intended for use as a part of the facilities of such mobile home park or for the benefit of its occupants. (1) "Multi-family building" means a building consisting of three or more attached dwelling units with various arrangements of entrances and party walls, comprising a unified building design but excluding hotels and motels. (m) "Nursing home" means a residential care facility designed to provide a range of personal and medical services to chronically ill or disabled individuals. (n) "One-family detached dwelling" means a building consisting of a single dwelling unit having at least two separate entrances. (o) "One-family attached dwelling° means a building consisting of separate dwelling suites sharing common, or party, walls with at least one other dwelling unit with each unit having at least two separate entrances. (p) "Rooming house" means a building operated for compensation by a resident family in which a room or rooms are provided for living and sleeping facilities to not more than two persons and providing no independent cooking facilities for such persons. (q) "Two-family dwelling" means a building consisting of two dwelling units which may be either attached side by side or one above the other, separated from each other by tenant walls, floors and/or ceilings, of concrete, masonry or the equivalent, and each unit having either a separate or combined entrance or entrances. (Ord. 90-125. Passed 5-21-91.) BE AMENDED, AND, A5 AMENDED, SHALL READ AS FOLLOWS: 1115.06 DWELLINGS AND OTHER LIVING ACCOMMODATIONS. As used in this Zoning Code: (a) "Apartment" means a multi-family building comprised of three or more dwelling units, separated from each other by fireproof walls, floors and/or ceilings, of concrete, masonry or tlle equivalent, arranged one above the other and/or side by side, each unit having at least one entrance connected to a common interior hall leading to the exterior. ' (b) "Condominium housing" means a form of housing ownership by which a person may purchase and own a dwelling unit in a multi-unit building or development and a proportionate interest, together with other condominium owners, in the land and other elements of the development. (c) "Congregate housing" means a residential development designed to accommodate individuals, most often elderly, who are unable or do not wish to provide living arrangements for themselves. Services most commonly associated with congregate housing include food preparation, dining and housekeeping but may also include medical, social and recreational services.
