<br />purpose, including any roadway, building, vehicle or structure used or <br />intended for use as a part of the facilities of such mobile home park or <br />for the benefit of its occupants. <br />(1) "Multi-family building" means a building consisting of three or more <br />attached dwelling units with various arrangements of entrances and <br />party walls, comprising a unified building design but excluding hotels <br />and motels. <br />(m) "Nursing home" means a residential care facility designed to provide a <br />range of personal and medical services to chronically ill or disabled <br />individuals. <br />(n) "One-family detached dwelling" means a building consisting of a single <br />dwelling unit having at least two separate entrances. <br />(o) "One-family attached dwelling° means a building consisting of separate <br />dwelling suites sharing common, or party, walls with at least one other <br />dwelling unit with each unit having at least two separate entrances. <br />(p) "Rooming house" means a building operated for compensation by a <br />resident family in which a room or rooms are provided for living and <br />sleeping facilities to not more than two persons and providing no <br />independent cooking facilities for such persons. <br />(q) "Two-family dwelling" means a building consisting of two dwelling <br />units which may be either attached side by side or one above the other, <br />separated from each other by tenant walls, floors and/or ceilings, of <br />concrete, masonry or the equivalent, and each unit having either a <br />separate or combined entrance or entrances. <br />(Ord. 90-125. Passed 5-21-91.) <br />BE AMENDED, AND, A5 AMENDED, SHALL READ AS FOLLOWS: <br />1115.06 DWELLINGS AND OTHER LIVING ACCOMMODATIONS. <br />As used in this Zoning Code: <br />(a) "Apartment" means a multi-family building comprised of three or more <br />dwelling units, separated from each other by fireproof walls, floors <br />and/or ceilings, of concrete, masonry or tlle equivalent, arranged one <br />above the other and/or side by side, each unit having at least one <br />entrance connected to a common interior hall leading to the exterior. ' <br />(b) "Condominium housing" means a form of housing ownership by which <br />a person may purchase and own a dwelling unit in a multi-unit building <br />or development and a proportionate interest, together with other <br />condominium owners, in the land and other elements of the <br />development. <br />(c) "Congregate housing" means a residential development designed to <br />accommodate individuals, most often elderly, who are unable or do not <br />wish to provide living arrangements for themselves.
