NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION L• That Section 1115.06 of Chapter 1115 (Definitions) of the Zoning Code, which presently reads as follows: 1115.06 DWELLINGS AND OTHER LIVING ACCOMMODATIONS. As used in this Zoning Code: (a) "Apartment" means a multi-family building comprised of three or more dwelling units, separated from each other by fireproof walls, floors and/or ceilings, of concrete, masonry or the equivalent, arranged one above the other and/or side by side, each unit having at least one entrance connected to a common interior hall leading to the exterior. (b) "Condominium housing" means a form of housing ownership by which a person may purchase and own a dwelling unit in a multi-unit building or development and a proportionate interest, together with other condominium owners, in the land and other elements of the development. (c) "Congregate housing" means a residential development designed to accommodate individuals, most often elderly, who are unable or do not wish to provide living arrangements for themselves. Services most commonly associated with congregate housing include food preparation, dining and housekeeping but may also include medical, social and recreational services. (d) "Dwelling" means a building designed and occupied exclusively for residential purposes. An attached garage shall be considered a part of a dwelling. (e) "Dwelling unit" means space, comprised of living, dining and sleeping rooms, storage closets and the space and equipment for cooking, bathing and toilet facilities, all used by one family. "Dwelling unit" does not include a tent, cabin, trailer or mobile home. (f) "Elderly housing" means a residential structure designed specifically to provide for the special housing needs of elderly persons, including any and all special safety and convenience features as required in buildings qualifying for governmental housing assistance for the elderly. (g) "Group home" means a residential facility designed to accommodate a group of individuals, usually physically impaired or with emotional or social problems, living as a family unit in a noninstitutional, neighborhood setting. (h) "Hotel apartment" means a hotel in which a substantial number of the occupants use their rooms more or less permanently as a residence. (i) "Hotel-motel° means a building containing rooms for the temporary accommodation of transients which may provide a variety of rooms for dining, entertainment, exhibitions and convention or sales activities as well as personal services for guests. (j) "Mobile home" means a self-propelled ar nonself-propelled vehicle designed in a manner to permit the use and occupancy thereof for human habitation, whether or not resting on wheels, jacks or other foundations. (k) "Mobile home park" means any tract of land upon which one or more mobile homes are occupied either free of charge or for revenue
