? <br />Ordinance No. 2007-101 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Law be and he hereby is authorized to request <br />proposals from attorneys and law firms to provide outside legal services, as needed, for <br />the years 2008-2009, in accordance with the Request for Proposals prepared by the <br />Director of Law. A copy of the said Request for Proposals and a sample Outside Legal <br />Services Agreement are attached to this Ordinance as Exhibits A and B. <br />SECTION 2: That the Mayor be and he hereby is authorized, upon approval of <br />the Board of Control, to enter into an agreement or agreements with the attorneys and/or <br />law firms selected in the RFP process. Said agreement shall be in the form of the <br />Agreement attached to this Ordinance as Exhibit B, with such additional modifications <br />and changes in form or in substance that are not substantially adverse to the City and <br />which are approved by the Director of Law.
