<br />Request for Proposal <br />Submittal Information <br />1. INSTRUCTIONS <br />The Director of Law for the City of North Olmsted, Ohio is soliciting written proposals from <br />qualified attorneys and law firms to provide outside legal services, as needed, to the City of <br />North Olmsted during the period 2007-2008. To be eligible for consideration, the proposing <br />firm(s) must be qualified, experienced and capable of providing outside legal services in any one <br />or more of the areas of practice as set forth above, and must also be able to meet all other criteria <br />outline in this request for proposal. <br />2. PROJECT COORDINATION/INQUIRIES <br />James M. Dubelko, Directar of Law, will be the overall project coordinator for this project. All <br />inquiries relating to this request shall be addressed to: <br />James M. Dubelko, Director of Law <br />City of North Olmsted <br />5200 Dover Center Road <br />North Olmsted, OH 44070 <br />(440) 716-4217 <br />3. SUBMITTAL DATE AND LOCATION <br />Written Proposals must be received by the City of North Olmsted Law Department at the above <br />referenced address by 5:00 p.m., on 52007. <br />4. CONSIDERATION OF PROPOSALS <br />A. Any proposals submitted to the City are to be prepared at the Proposer's expense. <br />B. Any assumptions made by the Proposer in preparing the proposal must be listed <br />separately and attached to the proposal in writing. <br />C. The City does not obligate itself to accept any proposal. <br />D. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and will have no liability <br />whatsoever to any Proposer whose proposal is not accepted. <br />E. Acceptance of a proposal will not constitute an agreement between the Proposer and <br />the City. Any proposal will not be binding on the City unless and until an Agreement <br />covering all conditions and provisions of the Outside Legal Services has been reduced <br />to writing, executed by both the successful Proposer and the City, and has attached to <br />it the appropriate fiscal officer certificate. <br />2 <br />
