<br />Ordinance No. 2007 - 27 <br />SECTION 2: That all ordinances, and parts of ordinances, inconsistent or in <br />conflict with this Ordinance, shall, to the extent of such inconsistency or conflict, be <br />repealed. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and <br />welfare, and for the further reason that it is necessary that this legislation go into effect <br />immediately in order to protect pedestrian safety in North Olmsted during the <br />approaching winter season, and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two- <br />thirds of all members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its <br />passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: ? -0 ?' a Qa, <br />First Reading: <br />Seconcl Reacling: <br />Third Reading: <br />Committee: Z6?"
