<br />(g) Antenna and Tower. An independent television antenna or radio tower not to exceed fifty feet <br />in height and not used for commercial purposes, so long as it is located in either a rear or side <br />yard, attached to the gabled side of the dwelling where practical. <br />(h) Recreational Vehicle. Recreational vehicles (including, but not limited to boats, travel <br />trailers, motor homes and utility trailers) may be stored in a completely enclosed garage in a <br />manner which does not impair the complete closing of the garage's door or doors. Further, no <br />more than two additional recreational vehicles may be parked or stored on a lot, outside of a <br />garage, as follows: <br />(1) Side yard areas. One vehicle may be parked or stored in the side yard area (but not in the <br />side yard area of a corner lot which abuts a street); provided, however, that if the side <br />yard area faces a house which has a first floor window opening to habitable room, then <br />the vehicle may be parked or stored in the side yard area only if the distance from where <br />the vehicle is to be parked or stored to the house is greater than the length of the vehicle; <br />(2) Rear yard areas. Vehicles may be parked or stored in the rear yard area, provided, <br />however, that a distance no less than five feet to the side lot line and ten feet to the rear <br />lot line shall be maintained between the lot line and the vehicle; and further provided, <br />however, that the combined square footage of the vehicles and all other accessory <br />structures in the rear yard area shall not exceed the limitation provided for in subsection <br />(d)(2) hereof; and further provided, however, with respect to corner lots only, that the <br />vehicles shall not be parked ar stored in the setback area for the side of the house which <br />faces the street; <br />(3) Front vard areas. Vehicles may not be parked or stored in the front yard area, except one <br />vehicle upon a driveway and then only for a period of time which does not exceed <br />seventy-two hours within a consecutive twenty-one day period. <br />No recreational vehicle parked or stored on any lot shall be occupied or have wired <br />connections to electricity (except a trickle charger), water, gas or sewer facilities. Further, no <br />storage shall be permitted in or under any recreational vehicle parked or stored on any lot. <br />All recreational vehicles parked or stored on any lot shall be kept in good repair and shall <br />carry the current year's license plate registered to the legal occupant. <br />Notwithstanding any other provision of subsection (h) hereof, all legally nonconforming <br />storage of recreational vehicles in the rear yard or side yard shall be removed from the <br />property by no later than May 1, 1999. Further, any rear or side yard storage on an existing <br />improved driveway is permitted provided access to the required minimum of one garaged <br />parking space is not obstructed. <br />(i) Permanent Swimming Pools. Permanent swimming pools may be located in a One and Two <br />Family Residence District as an accessory use to a dwelling. The pool, accessory buildings, <br />structures or other equipment shall not be located in a required front ar side yard and shall be not <br />less than ten feet from any rear yard lot line. The swimming pool area of ground level pools or <br />the entire property on which the pool is located shall be enclosed within a permanent fence of not <br />less than four (4) nor more than six (6) feet in height to prevent any access to the pool except <br />from a controlled point. Lighting fixtures shall be designed and located so as not to cast direct <br />rays of excessive brightness upon adjoining residential lots. Four (4) foot elevated pools shal, <br />include a controlled point of an access.
