,- AGREEMENT between BOARD OF CUYAHOGA COUNTY COMMISSIONERS and CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED for FY2006 State Homeland Security Grant Program THIS agreement entered into this day of , 2007, by and between BOARD OF CUYAHOGA COUNTY COMMISSIONERS (hereinafter called the "COLTNTY') a political subdivision of the State of Ohio, located at County Administration Building, 1219 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, and the CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED (hereinafter called the "CITY"), a municipality aild political sub-division of the State of Ohio, located at 5200 Dover Center Road, North Olmsted, Ohio 44070. WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 064272 duly adopted on October 5, 2006 by the Board of Cuyahoga County Commissioners the County approved a grant for the FY 2006 State Homeland Security Grant Program (hereinafter called FY06 SHSGP); and WHEREAS, the Department of Homeland Security, through the Ohio Emergency Management Agency, has approved the use of funds to coordinate and identify activities and services of FY06 SHSGP grant funds received by the COIJNTY as they pertain to the Community Emergency Response Team (hereinafter called "CERT"); and WHEREAS, the CITY desires to establish a CERT; and i. VJHEREAS the FY06 SHSGP grant funds ("grant funds") were awarded to the COLTNTY, for the County, and on behalf of the municipalities and other permissible agencies in Cuyahoga County, and the following documents consisting of Attachments I; and Exhibits A and B are incorporated herein as part of this contract: • FY06 SHSGP Guidance Package (Attachment I) • FY06 SHSGP Plarming, Training, Exercise and Administrative Funds- Financial Report Form (Exhibit A) • CERT Work Plan and Summary of fiulding costs (Exllibit B)
