?• <br />with only such changes therein as are not substantially adverse to the City and which are <br />approved by the Director of Law. The character of any such changes as not being substantially <br />adverse to the City shall be evidenced conclusively by the approval of the document by the <br />Director of Law. <br />SECTION 2: That the enforcement of any and all provisions of Cha.pter 943 of the <br />Streets, Utilities and Public Services Code, and any other ordinance of the City of North <br />Olmsted, to the extent that such provisions or ordinances are in conflict or inconsistent with the <br />donation of a single grave lot to a funeral home for the purpose of burying multiple unclaimed <br />cremated remains therein, is hereby waived. <br />SECTION 3: That all costs and fees required for the interment of said unclaimed <br />cremated remains in a City cemetery, other than the cost of providing a burial vault, are hereby <br />waived. <br />SECTION 4: That this Resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after the <br />earliest period provided for by law. <br />PASSED: a? <br />First Reading: I/A 0 -7 <br />Second Reading: ? r? <br />Third Reading: <br />Committee: ..?.. <br />ATTEST.• <br />ARA L.
