Sen!ice Learnun= Program (FCSLP ) under the provisions of 42 U.S. C. 2756a and agplicable reeulations; and V?TIEPtEAS, the Agency desues to ui.i]ize 111e services of one or nlore students pariicipating in i]ze Pro,ram. NOVd, TT3EREFUI'?E, it is hereb?, aLreed as follows: 1. The ALency shall provide to the. University for reView and approval a written j ob description of eacli position for w7iicb sen,ices may bt sou?iht. Students shall be assiQned only to jobs approved by the University each job must be posted on t]ie University's student emplo}ment job postiub site. The ,4gency shall furnish adequate, qualified supervision of students placed witlt t]ie Aeency. 2 The Agency has 1liE ziahi to contro] and direct the sen,ices of students, noi on7y as to the result to be. accomplished but also as to the meaus bv which i]Ie result is to be accomplished. The Aoency's employment policies shall app7y to the e)cient such policies are consistent wit71 tlus A--reement. -IvWithin thii-ty (30) days, the Agency shall provide in a timely and regular manner a deiailed Record of Hours 'Worked and $iliing Statement that shows a certification of hours reported; si?_*ned by the Supendsor. This shall include the namt nf each student, each student's hourly wage rate; the number of honrs each student uworlted for the applicable period; and tlie total of such earnings during the pay period. The Agency aci:nowledges that billings more than tliirty days overdue will not be reimbursed. Fina1 billing for this contract period must be Teceived by the University not Iater than thirty days after the end of the contract. Z'he University agrees to reimburse the Agency for wages eatned under this Agreement, witbin thirty days of receipt of each•verified billing from the Agency an amount equal to the amount being-reimbursed to the University by the Federal Governnient.for individual participants. Requests for reimbursement shall be fas:ed to 2161687-9247 or mailed to: Cleveland State University Siudent Employment Offioe, UC560 Cleveland State University 2121 Euclid Avenue Cleveland, Ohio 44115 4. The University has the right to review prospective worlc ass i gnments to deternune appropriateness of assignment, detemine -whether individual students meei the eligibili'ty requirements, refer students to t11e Agency, and perlorm site visits as may be practical. 5. The number of students to be placed wii:h tlie Agency and the hourly rate(s) of pay shall be as mutually abreed beiween 1he Agency and 1:he Uiiiversity.
