The Agency shall issue all paycheclcs ta the student in a pre-determineci, timely <br />and regular manner, and shall liave sole responsibility for the payment of all time worl:ed over and above the Federa] Worl: Stud), <br />award amounl auiliorized by ilie University. Such payments over and above ihe worl: award amount shall noi be reunbursecl by <br />ihe University. L. 89-352) and Title A of the <br />Education Arnendments of 197? (Pub. L. 92-318) and the regulations which unplemeni those Acts, as well as applicable <br />provisions of the Americans witb Disabilities Act (Pub. L. 101-336) and any unplen7enting regulations for that Act. <br />9. The Agency represents that the worlc for which the students will be used would not otherwise be provided and tivill not <br />result in the displacemeni of employed worlcers, nor impair existing contracts for services. The Agency also represents ihat the <br />student's worl: will be directly related to the Community Services performed by ilie Agency. <br />10. The Agency will insure, ai the Agency's expense, said student(s) under Worlcer's Compensation statutes of Ohio. <br />11. The University shall have no responsibility for any liability to thud parties due to the acts or omissions of students While <br />in the performance of duties under the duection and control of the Agency. <br />12. This agreement may be terminated by either party on tUiriy (30) days written notice. <br />13. Students may be removed from worlc on a particular assi?Tnment or from the Agency by the University, either on its own <br />initiative or at the request of the Agency. Written notice will be provided, and unless the studeut becomes ineligible because of " <br />Federal law, at least seven (7) days notice will be provided. <br />14. Transportation for students to and from worl; assignments will not be provided by either the University or the Agency. <br />15.
