Ordinance No. 2007 - <br />if fully restated herein, be amended, and, as amended, shall read in its entirety as set forth <br />in the document attached to this Ordinance as Exhibit B and incorporated herein by <br />reference as if fully restated herein. <br />SECTION 2: That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby directed to cause <br />notice of a Public Hearing hereon to be given pursuant to the provisions of Section 14 of <br />Article IV of the Charter of the City of North Olmsted and Section 1127.03 of the North <br />Olmsted Zoning Code. <br />SECTION 3: That, in all other respects, the North Olmsted Zoning Code, as <br />amended and supplemented from time to time, shall remain in full force and effect. <br />SECTION 4: That the original Chapter 1136 of the Zoning Code amended herein <br />is expressly repealed, and all other ordinances or parts of ordinances or resolutions that <br />are inconsistent or in conflict with the newly amended section are likewise repealed to the <br />extent of such inconsistency or conflict only. <br />SECTION 5: That, if any section, paragraph, sentence, clause, phrase, term, <br />provision or part of this Ordinance shall be adjudged by any court of competent <br />jurisdiction to be invalid or inoperative, such judgment shall not affect, impair or <br />invalidate the remainder thereof, but shall be confined in its operation to the section, <br />paragraph, sentence, clause, phrase, term, provision or part thereof directly involved in <br />the controversy in which such judgrnent shall have been rendered. <br />SECTION 6: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after <br />the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: , ? a4 D 7 <br />A ST.• <br />BA ARA L.
