(b) Should such amendment represent a substantial departure from the <br />intent of a prior approval in terms of: <br />(1) Building location and arrangement; <br />(2) Street alignment; <br />(3) Intensity of uses (density); <br />(4) Land use arrangements; and <br />(5) Area and parking requirements, <br />such amendment shall then be subject to the same procedures and conditions of <br />approval as the original application. <br />(Ord. 90-125.
