Check for vibration and noise. <br />• Inspect all relays. <br />• Clean and adjust bumers. <br />• Inspect flue piping. <br />• Clean and adjust pilots. <br />• Clean and adjust all controls. <br />• Inspect heat exchangers. <br />+ Check overall operation. <br />• Brush indoor coils where needed. <br />GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: <br />LK HEATING & COOLtNG, lNC. agrees to inform the SERVICE DEPARTMENT of <br />any repairs needed or unsafe conditions of equipment. <br />LK HEATING & COOLING, INC. will also perform emergency service for the sum of <br />$76.00 per hour during normal working hours and $114.00 per hour during overtime <br />hours. All parts needed will be discounted 10 percent. <br />LK HEATING & COOLING, INC. will endeavor to render prompt service hereunder, <br />but it is expressly agreed that LK HEATING & COOLING, INC. shall in no event be <br />liable for damage or loss caused by delay arising out of the performance of this <br />Agreement. <br />
