4. <br />D. RATES AND BILLING <br />1. The maximum fees charged for any Uasic tow service are not to exceed <br />$110.00 per tow and $15.00 per day storage. Vehicles with a gross vehicle <br />weight in excess of 10,000 pounds, the basic tow fee can be up to $150.00 with <br />daily storage of $20.00. <br />2. All additional services are to be charged on aper hour basis. The hourly rate is <br />to be supplied to the Police Department and approved by the Chief of Police or <br />his designee. <br />3. Storage fees are calculated on a 24 hour period of time. For purposes of <br />calculating storage fees, the 24 hour period will Uegin at the time the vehicle <br />arrives at the storage facility. Each day's storage will consist of a completed <br />24 hour period. <br />4. The towing agency agrees to only charge one tow fee for tows that are brought to <br />the North Olmsted Police Department for evideiice processing then relocated to <br />the iinpound lot. <br />5. The towing agency will agree to accept and store vehicles ordered impounded by <br />the police that are held for criminal forfeiture. These vehicles will remain in <br />storage pending the outcome of the court case. The towing company agrees to <br />accept towing and storage fees not to exceed $300.00 if tl-ie vehicle is forfeited to <br />the City of North Olmsted.
