LICENSING AGREEMENT <br />Between <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO <br />And <br />. <br />?}?c?/' ???6??'.S `?i?,?-?- y <br />/ <br />For <br />NON-CONSENSUAL POLICE ORDERED TOWING SERVICES <br />,__--THIS LICENSING AGREEMENT is made as of the ?? day of <br />200 ?, by and between tlie CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, 5 00 Dover Center Road, North Olmsted Ohio, hereinafter called the <br />"CITY," and C? ?TD?.S whose <br />business address is: ; <br />hereinafter called the "CONTR.ACTOR." <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 2007-63, which enacted North Olinsted <br />Code Section 111.011, the Chief of Police is authorized to establish, subject to the review <br />and approval of the Director of Public Safety, operating terms and conditions for the <br />provision of non-consensual police towing services, a copy of such regulations are <br />attached as Exhibit A; and <br />WHEREAS, the CONTRACTOR has requested a license agreement pursuant to <br />Section 111.011 and has provided the Chief of Police with evidence of full coinpliance <br />with the terins and conditions in Exhibit A; and <br />WHEREAS, the Mayor has determined that it is in the best interest of the CITY <br />to enter into a licensing agreement with the CONTR.ACTOR to conduct non-consensual <br />police tows pursuant to Section 111.011; and <br />NOW, THEREFOItE, the CITY and CONTRACTOR in consideration of the <br />foregoing and within requirements, hereby agree to the following licensing agreeznent: <br />1. NON-CONSENSUAL POLICE TOWS. CONTRACTOR agrees to fiunish <br />non-consensual police towing services as may be requested by the North Olmsted Police <br />Department (NOPD) pursuant to and in accordance with the terms and conditions set <br />forth in the regulations attached as Exhibit A. CONTR.ACTOR aclalowledges that the <br />CITY does not guarantee the quantity, if any, of non-consensual towing requests that may <br />yi D,,-7 <br />
