<br />Resolution No. 2007-70 <br />SECTION 1: That the Administrator of the Division of Youth Services be and is hereby <br />retroactively authorized to file an Application with the Cuyahoga County Juvenile Court for <br />additional funding for the City's Community Diversion Program for the period July 1, 2007 <br />through July l, 2008 that is available through the Family and Children First Council for programs <br />and materials for community diversion programs. In connection with this grant application, there <br />is no requirement that the City provide matching funds. <br />SECTION 2: That the Mayor be, and he hereby is, authorized to accept the grant, if <br />awarded, on behalf of the City of North Olmsted and to execute a contract, if required; and that <br />the Administrator of the Division of Youth Services be, and she hereby is, authorized to execute <br />all other documents necessary to effectuate receipt of the grant. <br />SECTION 3: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare and for the <br />further reason that it is necessary that this legislation go into effect immediately in order to insure <br />that authority to apply for and accept the grant is in place, as required by the Cuyahoga County <br />Juvenile Court, by July 1, 2007; and further provided that it receives the affirmative vote of two- <br />thirds of all members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage <br />and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: ?,?x.-2? ? 02 D D'7 First Reading: <br />?
